'Technology' refers to the equipment and processes used to enhance, maintain
and modify the environment and resources in order to support human endeavour.
It involves the application of knowledge, skills, equipment, materials,
energy and data to create useful products. Technology is taught at all
year levels.

Research a chosen country and the influence on Australia. Each week
class cooks a two course meal from their chosen country. |

Catering:
Study and present a five course meal over five weeks: Hors d'oeuvres,
entrée, main, dessert, after dinner chocolates. Groups of four
plan a class meal with a theme eg child's party, BBQ, etc. Each week
the class prepares and presents the meal. Design and present a restaurant
menu. |

from the Healthy Food Pyramid - Cereals, Eggs, Sugar, Fats, Fruits,

requirements, environmental conditions, etc. Evaluate developments
